Description
We're looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support our attorneys across divorce and custody matters. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
What you'll do: Draft and file legal documents, assist with discovery, prepare financial disclosures, manage deadlines and calendars, communicate with clients and court personnel, and handle e-filings through local court systems.
What we're looking for: 3–5 years of paralegal experience with at least 2 years in family law, strong knowledge of family law procedures and court rules, proficiency in legal case management software (Clio) and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A paralegal certificate and experience with high-conflict custody or complex asset cases is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
